Arriving on Campus

ARRIVING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Both airports (Orly Airport and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport) have access to RER B train, if you arrive by airplane.

1st way: Combination of train and bus.

  1. Go to suburban train RER B and stop at Massy Palaiseau station.

    - RER B: coming from Paris, take direction to Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse or Massy-Palaiseau or Orsay.

  2. -Change to bus at Massy-Palaiseau. Station map [PDF - 478 Ko.
    -Take the 91.06 (B,C) or 91.10 bus (view the schedule,requires a t+ ticket). Ecole Polytechnique has 3 bus stops on campus:"Les Joncherettes" (LOA, ENSTA),
    "Lozère", and "Laboratoires". You will get off the bus in the 3rd stop "Laboratoires".

2nd way: Only train and walking.

  1. Go to RER B and stop at station Lozère(Ecole Polytechnique).

  2. Includes a 15-minute walk (with an uphill staircase of 300 steps); can be strenuous if carrying heavy bags, may be slippery in rainy weather.

- Coming from Porte d'Orléans or Porte d'Italie: via highwayA6
- Coming from Pont de Sèvres: via the N118
