The routine CPXNETcreateprob constructs a new network
problem object. The new object contains a minimization problem for a network
with 0 (zero) nodes and 0 (zero) arcs.
Other network problem data can be copied to a
network with one of the routines
CPXNETaddnodes,
CPXNETaddarcs,
CPXNETcopynet,
CPXNETextract, or
CPXNETreadcopyprob.
Example
CPXNETptr net = CPXNETcreateprob (env, &status, "mynet");

| env | A pointer to the CPLEX environment as returned by |
| status_p | A pointer to an integer used to return any error code produced by this routine. |
| name_str | Name of the network to be created. |
CPXNETcreateprob returns the newly constructed network problem object; if not, it returns either NULL or a nonzero value to indicate an error. In case of an error, the value pointed to by status_p contains an integer indicating the cause of the error.
