DATA SCIENTIST WITH SIMULATION MODELING

A Data Scientist at Clarity Solution Group requires strong experience in fully understanding the requirements of our client, and working with very big data. The individual will engineer custom simulation models, design simulation experiments (including optimization), and conduct experiments in support of client business decisions. To support model development and use, the individual must be skilled at extracting, transforming, and analyzing data using a variety of common analytic tools and statistical techniques. We prefer individuals with past management consulting experience working with both Strategy and Full-Lifecycle implementations for nationally based clients.

• Experience designing and implementing custom simulation solutions is required.
• Candidates must possess advanced SQL Skills working with RDBMS's such as Oracle, DB2, Greenplum, or Teradata.
• Experience cleaning and manipulating data is required.
• Experience with data mining and predictive modeling to include Logistic Regression, Linear/Non-Linear Regression, and Time Series Analysis and Simulation models.
• Prior experience or training in optimization methods commonly used in simulated optimization, such as gradient descent and genetic search algorithms.
