Dreams vs Reality

Abstract: The idea is to invite permanent researchers to talk about failures and errors during their career. The aim is to encourage early-career scientists not to give up by talking about such problems. The talks are usually about 20-30 minutes and are not very formal. It can evoke both the science itself and/or the career-related problems, i.e. specific projects that went wrong, scientific issues and how they could be resolved.
