Pizza Armando

This recipe was kindly given to me by Giuseppe Castagna.

Ingredients for four or five pizzas


Dissolve the east in the water. Mix with the four and salt kneed till it becomes a unique compact mass. Let it rest for 2 hours. Grease the pans with the olive oil. Make disks of pasta and transfer them to the pans. Add tomatoes with a bit of salt (if needed) and the olive oil. Cook in the oven. on high, fro about 15 minutes. A few minutes before the end add the mozzarella and the other ingredients, if any.
