My favourite recipes

• Lasagne alla bolognese. Originally from the region of Emilia-Romagna, lasagne alla bolognese is now popular in all Central and Northern Italy. This kind of lasagne is rather different from what is known in the States as "Lasagna", which is probably of South-Italian origin.
• Ricette con funghi porcini. Some recipes for the boletus mushrooms.
• Spaghetti alla carbonara. Originally from the region of Lazio, this dish is now popular in all Italy.
• Pisellini primavera. A very simple and yet delicious recipe for peas.
• Polpettone di verdure (vegetable loaf). A dish from the region of Liguria.
• Flan di verdure. A bit elaborate but worth the effort.
