Banquet

I would like to participate to the banquet(*) (in Paris Downtown) on Thursday September 24th 2009:

(*) The banquet dinner will take place on Thursday September 24th 2009 downtown Paris. Registering to the banquet (optional) will cost 20 Euros that should be paid in cash on-site or by cheque (ordered to ADRIX, and sent to Evelyne Rayssac, LIX, Ecole Polytechnique 91128 Palaiseau Cedex France).

(Optional) banquet is partly supported by our sponsors.

A receipt as "inscription fee" to the colloquium will then be given.

Shuttle Bus

I would like to ride the Denfert-Rochereau (Hotel)<->Ecole Polytechnique shuttle bus ($) :

($) A dedicated bus shuttle will be provided to participants from/to Ecole Polytechnique: Denfert-Rochereau, Paris (Hotels) <-> Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau (Conference) on mornings and evenings.

On site rooms

We have a limited (10) number of rooms available on site (£), that will be served on '''first come first served''' basis. Are you interested?

Yes

(£) On-site rooms (about 35 euros) are mostly intended for students. Beware, the place is very quite at evenings. Dinner is served at 6:00pm... We recommend staying in Paris Downton in one of the recommended hotel.
