Salvage Old ID POK Based Protocols
Start with POK ID scheme secure against (non-resettable) concurrent attacks.
Observation: [FFS, MS, Okamoto-Sch, Okamoto-GQ] are such schemes. By [Fe89] all WHPOK based on WI are secure against concurrent attacks.
Transform to ID scheme secure against resettable attacks (not POK anymore !!)
